Welcome to our new digital home, our online help desk brought to you by Zendesk. As we mentioned in our prior email blast, all of the features you've enjoyed in our previous help desk are still around such as submitting tickets online and checking the status of previously submitted tickets, but we've also added a few upgrades such as our new knowledge base!
In addition to the "Submit a Ticket" button, the icons you saw on the initial landing page are each links to a series of articles. With these articles, we aim to answer a number of frequently asked questions (FAQs), keep you apprised of recent tech news (Stay In The Know) as well as the goings on of your favorite Apple IT firm (The Core TG News & Notes). You'll also find an area that will help guide you through some common issues our folks run across that can be self-addressed pretty simply (Quick Tips & Fixes).
Each of these sections will be updated regularly with new articles and information, so be sure to check in from time to time to stay up to date. See you soon!
